Victoria "Toya" Fragoso emerges as a dynamic force in the Pacific Northwest music scene, showcasing her versatility as a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and podcast host. Amplifying the voices of local artists through insightful interviews and heart-warming music showcases, she also works with community-oriented groups such as prominent radio show, Local Roots Music NW, now in its 10th year and airing on 5 stations.
Since 2021, Toya has been a catalyst for local engagement, spearheading open mics and events at venues from Portland to Seattle. Her unwavering commitment to supporting and championing authenticity and talent has left a memorable mark, making her a passionate leader in the regional music landscape. She continues to pursue building a safe musical community every day, online and everywhere she goes in her hometown of Tacoma, WA.
